The measurement was performed with the microphone positioned in the center of the church, within the area bounded by the grate. The explosions were carried out near the main entrance and on the opposite side (see images tab). We called the results respectively IR1 and IR2. For the analysis we used IR1.

Chiesa di San Francesco - Martignano

Information
Description: 
The church named Chiesa di San Francesco, part of the religious complex of the order “Francescani minori conventuali”, was built from 1611-12 until 1652, when work was interrupted after the Innocenzo X papal bull. This church has single nave with lateral altars made in painted stone. The convent was reopened in 1771, but closed again in 1809, when it become private. Throughout its history the church was deconsecrated and subsequently reconsecrated. In the twentieth century the church was also used as tobacco factory.

Chiesa Madonna degli Angeli - Sternatia

Description: 
The church named Madonna degli Angeli was built from the 16th to the 17th century. The church was annexed to convent of PP. Francescani, later destroyed. These impulse responses were measured in the real world. The activity has provided the installation of a microphone and the use of a latex balloon, used, causing it to explode, as the test source. The measurement was performed with the microphone located at the entrance of the church and with three explosions in central, right and left locations that call IR1, IR2, IR3 (see illustrations).
